Hank has been ice fishing this week and has been catching lots of trout. He has also been preparing them for us each night. We had a cook off tonight, I breaded mine in flower and pecans. He made an egg and lime concoction. His recipe was by far the best and probably some of the best fish I have had in a really long time. They melted in your mouth. Bella couldn't get enough of them either.
